Rather than providing qualitative research, we help you inject relevant, clarifying quantitative data into your qualitative research processes, providing a balanced approach that represents your studies accurately.
Qualitative researchers constantly run into quantitative counterarguments that their work is too subjective, or not as measurable.
At EWRG, we provide you with balanced, integrated research on both sides.
EWRG made sense of our projects by helping us to conceptualize them from beginning to end. We needed someone who could both run and interpret sophisticated quantitative analyses. Although we’ve yet to use a similar service to date, what made EWRG stand out to me was the effortless “onboarding” process.
Given the clear and concise communication, I felt as if we were truly collaborating right from the get go. Needless to say, it took no time at all for EWRG to become an integral part of our team. Building rapport with EWRG team was effortless. They are an incredibly intelligent, friendly, and patient team to work with. They are happy to “meet you where you are” as well as push and challenge you if and when you are ready for it.
As a direct result of working with EWRG, we have authored scholarly content that translates research to practice, such as in the form of conference poster presentations and peer-reviewed publications. We would recommend EWRG to any individual, working group, or company who needs to run and/or interpret scholarly (i.e., quantitative and qualitative) data.
"Before working with Embraced Wisdom Resource Group, we were shooting from the hip entirely as we attempted to follow through on academic research projects."
Prior to collaborating with EWRG, I focused on providing qualitative evaluations and descriptive statistics. Now through the transformative power of collaboration, Embraced Wisdom and I can conduct research from a holistic perspective that honors both the qualitative and the quantitative.
Whenever I seek statistical and psychometrics expertise, I always turn to Embraced Wisdom Resource Group. Within the contexts of multiple pandemics––COVID-19, racial reckonings, and climate change––collaborating with statisticians who can collect, analyze, and interpret data with heart and equity is both a gift and a moral imperative. Through EWRG, we have served as external evaluators for Amplify, a women and gender initiative at Dartmouth College.
Together, we have analyzed a diversity of data to illustrate the amazing magic of equity. Additionally, we have been invited to serve as external evaluators for grant proposals that aim to shift the culture of education to move the needle on equity.
"My business was seeking a collaborative partner who understands the value of liminal spaces that bring together rigorous research, intuition, and justice."
We did not know how to proceed with our project and run the statistical analyses that we needed to complete the research. EWRG was compassionate, patient, and really took us through everything step by step.
Their patience and empathy for our level of comprehension truly stood out from other statisticians we had worked with previously. We were impressed by the companies knowledge and being able to understand the analyses we were completing and the logic behind them.
After completing the project, we have been able to complete our research projects and write manuscripts based on our research. We absolutely recommend EWRG because of their professionalism, patience, clear explanations of the work that was done.
"Embraced Wisdom helped us with running statistical analyses."
We created our own surveys and did our best to analyze the data, but given our lack of expertise, we were only able to use descriptive statistics.
Embraced Wisdom was just a joy to work with. They are as excited about our project as we are, and they really related well with our team. It felt like a true partnership where we were seen as “subject matter experts” whose insights were valued and built into the project. We’ve been able to share the results with key stakeholders whose buy-in we need to continue with our program. We’ve also used the results to help recruit new participants.
EWRG truly hears what you’re trying to achieve, even if you don’t have the exact right words from a research perspective. They can translate and provide support to people who are not researchers, which is so helpful.
Our goal was to measure the impact of a women and gender initiative on the program participants.
